Getting Real in Real Estate | Houston Branding Photographer

Real Estate in Houston is a saturated market. Everyone knows at least one or more realtors and distinguishing yourself from every other realtor in the digital age takes creativity and vision.

Stephanie had a vision to grow her professional and business brand by upping her social media game. She is a top producing realtor with Artisan Living and is an expert in the new Rayford Corridor area of North Houston. She is client focused and takes a bold persistent approach to her business. And just like her use of marketing strategies to sell her clients properties, she used this knowledge to grow her clientele on social media.

For her session, we met at a fully-staged model home in the Woodson's Reserve Subdivision. She picked this home because it is one of her many dream homes and loves all the amazing amenities. We spent a couple of hours in the home exploring and utilizing the different rooms to create looks and impressions for her social media plan. She wanted to bring showcase her love of real estate and that she means business.

She was able to use these images create and grow her Instagram and Facebook accounts and her business.

She is affiliated with the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and Houston Association of Realtors. She graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Psychology in 2004. She went on to receive her Master's Degree in Education and Teaching of Individuals with Autism from the University of Texas at Austin in 2009. Outside of her work in real estate, she has helped raise funds for Autumn's Dawn, a non-profit that works with young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
