2020 has been a year for the books. For most of us, it simply meant we get to stay home with our family and shelter in place with the people who mean the most to us. In April of this year, a tornado took the one place that Bob & Terry had to shelter, their home. As they slowly rebuild and the world started to open back up they are thankful to have each other.
In June 2020 they celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary at a rental property on Sam Rayburn Reservoir surrounded by their four sons and their families. Their son, Robert, realized last minute that they did not have a photographer and reached out to Couch Adventures Photography to see if we were available for their event 3 hours north-east of Houston. We were able to make this work and spend the day celebrating The Lowry's family milestone and create treasured images.
In two hours, we were able to photograph the family of 20 in different variations.
Once all the family and friends arrived we made a group picture of everyone before they all went their separate ways to the beach and the boat.
Creating cherished photographs for family milestones are important for the people we celebrate and the little people who will carry on this legacy.
